A Hidden Gem Awaits

The cozy atmosphere made us feel at home. We loved being just a short walk to local eateries and enjoying the rustic decor that added to the charm.

However, the bed was a bit too stiff for my liking, leaving me a bit sore in the morning. A softer mattress would certainly elevate the experience.

Clean and well-maintained hotel.

The room was uncomfortably cold during my stay. I struggled to get the heater to work properly, and despite asking for help, management could not assist. On the second night, the electricity went out completely, leaving us without any heat or hot water. This situation forced us to leave a night early, as we couldn’t endure another cold night, especially given our age.

I spent one night at a cozy inn. The location is fantastic, close to nature and activities. The room was clean and had a nice decor. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Coffee options in my room were a bonus! ☕️

The Deluxe King Room was pretty cozy with a nice king-size bed. It was a bit musty, though, which could be a downside. The shower was all right, nothing special, but the hot water and pressure were solid. Clean enough overall, just a really old-school vibe. Plus, it was cool getting those traditional physical keys instead of key cards. The receptionist was super friendly, which was a nice touch after the long drive.

I enjoyed my stay at Wildwood Inn. Charming decor and friendly staff enhanced our experience. The late-night check-in was a bit tricky, but they were very accommodating. A cozy spot that captured the essence of Twain Harte.

Family with children great stay, some issues

So we had a decent time at the hotel. I appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room which made it easier to handle food, and the staff were trying their hardest to keep things clean, but it wasn't enough.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was acceptable for the family.

Absolutely lovely staff and clean rooms.

Great hotel with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a tv. The staff were particularly helpful when serving my elderly parents during my first stay. I recommend checking in early for convenience. I'll be back for a weekend!
